Park Meadows Apartment Homes

We have lived at Park Meadows for 5 years. The neighborhood is nice and kid and dog friendly. The management team works hard to make sure that any issues you have are taken seriously and they really try to work for you. The maintenance team is friendly and works hard to get any maintenance needs fixed as quickly as possible.

My experience living at Park Meadows apartments has been good. The apartment office have been kind and courteous to me. I would give a shout out to the people who fulfill the service requests. They have always been courteous, respectful, kind to my family and respond in a reasonable amount of time. I trust them. The office staff too helps with my requests for things I need help with.

The landscape people broke the windshield of my car and they said they would pay for it. 5 months has passed by and theres no longer an answer. In the end they said that they were not to be blame.

Honestly, the people here just do not care about their tenants at all. We were supposed to have an apartment ready on our move in date, and it wasnt ready. They gave us a different apartment, and it has a whole new list of issues. There are multiple safety and security issues in this specific building, yet no matter how many times I try to contact the office (via the app, phone, or going to the office pysically), Im just ignored. Ive only been here for less than 3 months and I already want to move out. The best part is, when they actually do maintenance, Im given a warning less than 24 hours when its due. The only reason Im not giving it a one star is because weve had nice neighbors and its in a good location. Severely Disappointed. Update: I am updating this review to say that while some of the safety issues have been fixed, the biggest one is still an issue, and park meadows has only gotten worse. Every single call goes to voicemail, the office is closed at random times, and if you manage to go into the office when it is open, youll be met with I heard your voicemail, and ___. its pointless. I am currently in the process of moving out, and have been met with a random vacant electric charge from september (it is december, and it was never vacant). Unless you are absolutely desperate, please STAY AWAY.
