The best automobile shopping experience I have ever had. The staff at St. Louis Mungenast Acura are some of the finest auto sales people I have ever dealt with. My sales lady Becca Dee, and the folks in the service dept. are all top notch. I have bought 2 TLXs from them and will return for all of my automotive needs in the future. Great business and great people.

Every interaction with this team has been terrific- informative and helpful. The service area is clean and comfortable, never mind waiting for the car to be serviced and can get work done while I wait. Will definitely buy a second car from them.

I took my MDX in for service and was wowed with the level of service I received from the Mungenast team. Ryan Syberg was an absolute pro through the process. He uncovered an issue with my car that could be covered under my warranty, just before it expired, and brought to my attention a few services I was overdue for. Ryan took the time to explain why the additional services were a good idea to address immediately. In addition, they found that I needed to replace a part and they didnt have a replacement in stock. Even though it was a busy day leading into a holiday weekend, parts manager Matt Greenwood sourced it for me from another dealership. I really appreciate that Matt recognized that my time is valuable and took the steps to get my taken care in one visit. This was my first service at this dealership. It most certainly wont be my last.
