        Demanded I provide a copy of the land deed, and go to the assessor's office to get it for them. That info is available online, you never need to get that for a surveyor.

        I needed a survey in a hurry, what we had was a mess. Donnie Wells and his crew got on it ASAP, sorted out the whole thing and the price was very fair. I would use them again anytime, they know the area and can get things done.
