If you are looking for a great realtor to have in your corner, look no farther. My fianc and I were house hunting across the entirety of Northern Mo. We had a modest budget, and had to go FHA for our loan. We are out of state and needed to do virtual tours. Cory did not let connection issues be a problem. Instead of video calling, he sent us videos of the whole house, and waited there to answer all of our questions. Being first time homebuyers we had TONS of questions. When we went over the contract, we did so line by line until it was clear that I FULLY understood what every part meant. Cory was completely on top of it, we had an offer in within hours of the house even being listed. Unfortunately we had to walk away from that house, and Cory insured a quick return of my earnest money. His years of experience allowed him to point out all of the pros and cons of each house, including a ton of issues that I was just looking past. We worked with 5 realtors in the last few months in all towns, and it was only with his help that I understand the home buying process as well as I do now. All explained with grace and patience. Cory earned my trust and respect, and I recommend giving him a call if you need a realtor you can trust.
