Every time I go in to pay a bill the people in here greet you. They are approachable and friendly.

I rarely receive this bill on time so I regularly get a late fee when paying it. When I have had to call because I didnt receive my bill/postcard on time or sometimes not at all, they acknowledge there is a known issue (they receive multiple complaints about this) but put the blame on the postal service and tell you that its out of their control. That said I tried set this up for automatic payments to eliminate the late fees but they charge you a fee each month for this A convenience fee. So whether you pay extra for a late fee or you pay extra for their convenience fee for automatic billing, they are going to charge you extra.

These people are very rude and obviously unorganized. I have been set up on auto pay for months and still receive bills in the mail that do not match the online account. I feel like I am working with below par employees that do not care about the customers they should be serving.

Every interaction with this office has been positive. They treat me like a family friend here. I don't know why others have complained. The ladies in the office are the sweetest.

Had my bank send an online bill pay check, which is the only method offered short of personally dropping off the check that doesn't carry an additional fee. Apparently the check showed up on a Sunday (the due date), but they didn't process it until Monday and then charged me a late fee on my next bill for it being one day late. And my bank processed the draft SIX days prior to the due date, so not like I waited until the last minute to send a payment. I feel like they either need to offer a better online bill pay option through their site or (like almost every other vendor) offer a few days lenience for situations where a payment comes through on a weekend. I've never had a vendor charge a late fee for a payment coming through one day late, especially on a weekend.
