We have used Rose Septic both for home and business for years and they have always been friendly, efficient, and on time. Particularly last night when they answered our emergency call at 8pm and were out this morning at 7am to take care of us. Amazing .

Weve used Roses service twice. Once back in 2019 and once earlier this year. In between visits, weve had plumbing service on our sewer line every 6 months because our sewer line kept backing up into the house. The plumber would come out, have to pull up our basement toilet and auger the line to free it up. This was an over $500 process twice a year for the last 4 years. They would recommend that we have our septic tank emptied which we had done every three years as recommended. Just a week ago same thing happened. This time the plumbers were going to dig outside and find out if there was something obstructing our sewer line. Thats when they found that Rose had only been emptying the liquid out of our tank but not the actual waste. There were years of waste in our tank that was completely dried out and solid because Rose had only empty out the liquid from the overflow tank and not any of the actual waste. At that point we called Rose to give them a chance to clean up the very expensive mess theyve made for us. They told us they only emptied what we told them to and that we never gave them the actual location of the septic, which is an absolute lie. I walked out with them both times and showed them the location where they would need to dig. As you can see from the picture, the small white covered drain is where they were clearing from, though I told them they would need to dig up the septic cover which was close to it. It was literally 4 inches that they wouldve needed to dig down to get to that big concrete cover but they ignored me and took the easy way out. We asked them to come out and fix their mess and they told us they couldnt come out for over a week. They had no interest in making things right. So now after paying them over $600 the last two time they came out and did nothing, and thousands of dollars to plumbers to temporarily clear our lines, we will now have to pay yet another septic cleaning company to come out and clean up the mess Rose left behind. Not to mention we have to go the entire weekend without using our showers, toilets and washers because the other septic company cant come out until Monday. We have been completely inconvenienced by Roses poor service. Rose took zero responsibility for the problems theyve caused, didnt try to come out and fix it in a timely manner and didnt offer any type of refund. Absolutely terrible way to run a business. Very unprofessional and a total waste of money. Theyre a septic cleaning company. They had to know that what they were doing was wrong and would cause problems for us down the line. But they were just interested in getting our money and moving in to the next job.
