I would say this home sale was as near ideal as possible. Deb recommended a price to ask that was consistent with our desires. She found the photographer who produced a fantastic interactive video of our home. The buyer happened to be parents of a business customer of mine and was referred by them when they saw the listing. They were only the fifth viewer and offered a full price cash bid with extras that made our move to a retirement center easier. We closed quickly with no hitches and are settling-in our new location.
