        We had to get help with a real estate issue that was very sensitive in nature.  Penny made us feel that she cared.  She was very attentive and took calls at all hours whenever we had questions or concerns.  She kept us updated and was very patient when we weren't sure which direction we wanted to go.  We would definitely work with her again if needed and would recommend her to friends and family.
