        Our home warranty assigned this company to fix a leaking pipe beneath our bathtub/shower. It has been three weeks and the problem still has NOT been resolved. I took off the entire day yesterday and their plumber pulled a no-show. They claimed that we didnt confirm the appointment when the plumber was headed to our residence but nobody ever called us or texted us to confirm the appointment. They do not take responsibility for their terrible communication skills and lack of professionalism. I enthusiastically DO NOT recommend. You have been warned.

        I had an excellent experience with HomeMeister. My home warranty had assigned a different plumber who never scheduled and HomeMeister were reassigned to my case. They contacted me right away, got me on the schedule within 2 days, were polite, professional, fixed the issues (leaking and stuck toilet shut off valves and a running toilet). Gave me good advice for taking care of the equipment going forward and cleaned up the area before they left. If I have plumbing issues again, these are the guys I will call.

        HomeMeister is the truth! Very professional, punctual and knowledgeable! They had to come behind another company that didnt know what they were doing and fixed my sink right away. Mario was super nice and I definitely recommend them!
