DO NOT MOVE TO TIMBER TRAILS!!! They lie about the units being up to par, once you move in, you notice everything needs to be fixed or replaced. When we moved in, we immediately noticed the fridge not keeping cold, microwave not functioning properly, and the dishwasher leaking crazy amounts of water everywhere. Someone came to fix the dishwasher and the problem still persisted afterwards. We had to practically beg for a replacement fridge as well. The doors have huge gaps in them so once it gets warm, rollie pollies and centipedes crawl in every which way. The HVAC system stopped working on us multiple times- the worst being this past summer when the thermostat was reading 80+ inside the home and outside temps were reaching up to 100 degrees!!! I had my baby stripped down to a diaper with a wet cool towel those days until we finally could get someone to fix the problem! In that time we were gaslit and told that the problem is due to the hot weather and not the actual HVAC system. Also have had issues with faucets breaking down as well. The brunt of the issues we noticed were upon moving in. But as time went on, we just noticed nothing was actually up to par as far as what they claimed. To make matters worse, when you try to move out be prepared for an overly emotional mean woman named Rhonda to give you a nasty negative reference and try to ruin your chances of moving! If you care about being in a decent place and your sanity, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking elsewhere for a place to live!
