Possibly the worst builder we could have used. They were recommended to us by the realtor in the new development community that we were looking into buying a home in. She had told us that they were the best builders we could use in that development. If they were the best, I'm terrified to see what the worst could have been. They will lie to you so please make sure you have everything in writing. Make sure that you document every conversation and send a recap email of what was discussed with every little detail since they will attempt to say what they promised you was not true. They will attempt to strong arm you into doing things you are not legally obligated to do so please make sure you have a good realtor and loan officer that knows what they are doing and what is legal so they can advocate for you (thankfully we did and they called them out on the shady things that they tried to do) . We knew that new construction has its own set of problems, but this team made it so difficult to enjoy the process. You spend so much money on building this dream home, but this team makes it a literal nightmare. Their representative never answered our calls or emails and pretended that she was unaware of any issues when we reached out to her supervisor. Brett and Brandon, I hope that you understand how much money we give you is not pocket change so please treat people with respect and stop your shady practice methods, it's not okay to treat people this way. Please avoid this builder if possible. Everyone on our block hates them too and regret using (we know because we've asked them)
