It was a automatic car wash.. It did the job and didn't damage the car. They of course tried to upsale, but not worth it.

I drove past here many times and never stopped in. On a good Friday, I decided to stop for a $20 + wash with hand dry service. This is an extra charge, which I dont mind paying for. Here's the problem when I pay for hand dry, I don't want water still on the back of my car, door handles, and side mirrors. That causes run off and water spots. Isn't that what the little fan blower was for they have. The young man that handled my car barley blew out. I got out and dried my own car right there in the bay as he looked. He took less than a few minutes on my car. I leave unsatisfied decide to call the young man I speak with is a manger I tell him my concerns and he says is that you still parked outside I say yes with little to concern he says I can go back through wash. The wash was not my issues it was the hand dry service. I asked why my rims weren't dried, and he said they only do it if asked... Huh, I observed the car behind me getting two people drying and extra attention. I say that's not fair. No real resolution was mad, and I was out $25. I will not be back, and service is very important to me. I'm a good tipper, but this day the only tip I can give here is do better. Treat each car the same and maybe hire better managers with better people and resolution skills.
