What a Great BnB. Will go back in spring. Great tv room. Breakfast fantastic. We even were able to get delivery from a great restaurant in Lone Jack. We will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time at Walnut Waters for an Anniversary get away. The hosts were very friendly & easy to talk with. The food was plentiful & terrific!! It was quiet & very nice...would love to return.

8/16/2023 We stayed here. It was our 54th anniversary. Good people, beautiful place and good food. Deserves 10 stars but can give only five because of the program only goes to five. Joe and Annette Noteworthy details: Their motto is peace and quiet Motto fits

We had the pleasure of staying at this delightful bed and breakfast as part of our anniversary weekend and it exceeded all expectations. The entire building has a cozy ambiance with a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat. The hosts' attention to detail was evident in every corner, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodations and amenities were fantastic: fresh baked cookies, an entertainment room with access to a large collection of movies, bottled water, and more. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our privacy, and their hospitality was truly exceptional. They were attentive to our needs, making sure we had everything required for an excellent stay. Breakfast was phenomenal. We enjoyed it all and there was more than enough food, coffee, and juice available for the both of us. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!
