Ms. Debbie Ollar I am Very Sorry for whatever misunderstanding you had with our conversation. because the only person in that conversation that said the total was $150.00 was you madam. I explained to the Owner of the Ford Fiesta on the accident scene that it would be $455.00 to take it his house and that he had to pay for the Tow then. Our I could take his car to my lot for safe keeping until Him and Insurance had a chance to decide what they wanted to do with Car, the owner requested I take it to my Tow Lot and signed the authorization ticket for that to happen and I took him home as well. You then called several hours later around 4;45 pm I gave you the charges. you told me that was above you pay grade and you would get back with The next Day another gentlemen called stating that My customer whom was renting to own the Car in question and had insurance threw you all and that you self-insured your buyers and that the owner of the company refused to pay the total of the Tow bill but would pay $500.00 or would just dump the car on me and I could go through the process of getting a title and sell it myself to recoup what was owed for my service threw selling the car to salvage . In the end we settled on $623.15 At which Time I was also given a Hold Harmless and Then I see a negative Review from You and you're the one that called me with the final payment. So, in closing I don't know what I could have done better because from the owner of the Car to the Leander of the Car all prices were completely explained. and understood. My Company was dispatched arrived on scene within fifteen minutes cleared the blocked roadway and gave the Owner a Ride home. I understand you can't make everyone Happy. and I'm truly sorry for your misunderstanding of the charges the amount of the charges never changes they are set, and they are right in line with ever other Tow Service in this area Even the Company you Use I'm sure has their accident rates versus Normal Tow Rates Versus Accounts they have with locked in Rates.
