Its not very often that you get to talk to the agent and get help during that first call with any insurance company. I spoke with Caleb on a few occasions during my health insurance acquisition process and each time he took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain things to me. When I was ready he got us completely set up with our health insurance needs. I would definitely recommend him to others looking for insurance.

Called about getting insurance and was told I would receive a call back the next day, didn't get a call. So I called back again after that and was told the same thing. Never got a call back again. If this is how potential customers are treated I don't want to know what it's like after I give them money. Embarrassing.

Was told one price then about 3 months later the price was about 200.00 dollars more a month. Then we received a bill from the insurance company appx. 640.00 dollars. Plus that will be the bill amount for 3 months to cover the shortage from the previous months. We were told by the insurance company that the agent can call underwriters to try to work on the amount we are being charged due to the fact it was not our fault but the agents fault. We have sent phone calls and texts informing them of this possibility but have received no response. I could go on with the rest of the story but just getting more angry thinking about it. I would not recommend them.
