Rachel Pannell - State Farm Insurance Agent

Have not been able to get ahold of her. Switching to another agent.

I used to really love Rachel's office, but lately I have not been able to get a hold of anybody in her office. We have called numerous times with no answer, and even showed up with the doors being locked Finally got fed up and switched to a different office today. Don't know what's going on.

Please take your business to another State Farm agent. I also have been a customer for years and have spoken, I think, once to a someone but it wasnt Rachel. Something isnt right with this agency. There is a complaint open against her internally with State Farm. I have tried to reach her probably 25 times with no luck. I think she has somebody else handling her business and thats why you cant get on the phone. If you look at the address, she has listed on file, it is not a State Farm business. Also, her Facebook reviews are full of crypto currency trading reviews. It is extremely frustrating when you were trying to take care of insurance for you and your family. Please do not, give your business to whatever this is until State Farm complete its investigation first. I have left for another agent and he was a bit awkward in trying to explain her situation.
