After a giant tree fell on my house, my insurance recommended a contractor. I had them come out to put a tarp over the hole in my roof. They then proceeded to charge $4300 for a $20 harbor freight tarp that didn't even cover the damaged area. I was furious and reached out to my realtor for his best contractor he uses. Elite Master Contractors was his recommendation and couldn't have been a better one. They did a very thorough inspection of the damage which insurance did not, and were able to determine the actual scope of work needed, which was far greater than the insurance adjuster determined. They were able to fight for me and deal with insurance and make the process as smooth as it can be. JD, Jessica, and Brandon were all very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had at any time. If they were not available at that moment they very very quick to respond unlike my insurance company which attempted to drag things out as long as possible. They have some really good people working for them and they did all did a great job. I would recommend this company 100% and were able to bring my house back to an even greater status than it was before the incident. Great group of folks.
