Flintlock Dental

I am very disappointed to have found out that a crown placed in October of 2020 needed to be replaced less than 2 1/2 years later. My dentist showed me Xray that obvious decay had formed under the crown. When I talked to the insurance company (Delta Dental) they advised that "a crown should last 5-10 years, however, it is not uncommon for a well made crown to last even longer." I attempted to talk to Dr. Schaller, but he declined to speak with me (I currently reside in Texas). I explaned that I had not dreamed that the crown done in October 2020 could possibly need to be replaced so soon, so I had my dentist go ahead and replace it. His office manager said she would call me back--she did not. I am stuck paying out of the pocket for my new crown.

Great visit. My concerns were listened to and questions were answered. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Hygienist and dentist were very thorough. Highly recommend

Having dental work has always been a tremendous fear for me, Dr. Schaller and his team were amazing, painlessly took care of what I needed done without me even realizing they had completed the work. Kind, gentle , sincere and professional ! So glad to have found a dental office that truly cares about the patient! My family, kids, and grandchildren have found a place to have our dental needs met.
