I just walked out in tears after how I was treated by the lady at the front desk. I couldn't even stay for my appt because I was too upset. From the moment I walked in and my first question making sure I was at the right place, her tone, demeanor and response were very degrading. She then scolded me (like a child) on being late in which I had offered to reschedule on the phone when I let them know I was 5 miles away at appt time. I once again offered to reschedule when she was scolding me and again I was told I didn't need to. She told me to take a seat in the most condescending way, by the time I made it back into the room I was struggling to hold it together. First set of X-rays were done, assistant left the room and tears just started flowing, in complete embarrassment I left. I fully understand that misery loves company and it was clear this lady was very miserable. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have it in me today to not allow her attitude to affect me during my visit. I will not be returning nor would I recommend them.

Amazing experience! Ashley, the dental hygienist that helped me, was super sweet and caring! She was very thorough! Loved the Dr! He was very friendly and there was hardly any wait before seeing the Dr. The whole staff was amazing and I cannot recommend this practice enough!

If I could give negative stars I would. I came in because my tooth is extremely infected. The dentist wanted to go ahead and have it extracted immediately. I explained to him that I do have allergies and that I would need to know what they used so I could get it. O k with my doctor before they gave me a numbing agent that I could potentially be allergic to. At the time the doctor wasn't concerned whatsoever about it and was still willing to extract the tooth. I left and called back to get the information on the numbing agent that they use. My doctor has ok that numbing agent because there is no ingredients I am allergic to in it. The secretaries now say they won't do my extraction Because the dentist does not feel comfortable using a numbing agent I'm not allergic too. So they referred me to general anesthesia to get my extraction done. Because they are refusing to send a referral saying I have been prescribed antibiotics and have an infected tooth I have to wait 7 months. I called them back to let them know that I needed them to send a referral with the specifics of my infection and they said " we tried to call but they are closed". I hung up with the dentist called the medical center and they answered within three rings. Is complete lack of concern for people that are in pain.

"there are other dentists in town" EXTREMELY RUDE! The fake smiles ended the moment I had an issue with my insurance because of a card change, which I took the time to resolve, another doctors office I went to yesterday was able to verify my insurance is active but they are UNWILLING TO CALL MY INSURANCE because they're a "busy office" They lost my business my son's business my mom's business and my grandmother's business the office manager needs to be a better person she was very rude and condescending in person. Shame because the dentist seemed nice, your loss!
