It was a pleasure to work with Christine! I am a critic of service interaction and about customers overall experience when dealing with businesses. Christine provided an exemplary service experience beginning with upholding integrity of process and was a breath of fresh air in todays hectic chaotic challenging customer or public interaction environment. She was a real estate subject matter expert for Lexington and the surrounding area doing a phenomenal job in preparing me to sell my childhood home in Lexington. A home that meant so much to me and had so many great memories growing up. She was honest, accurate in market analysis, realistic in buyer analysis and most of all her customer service exceeded even the highest of expectations from a servicing perspective. Christine made me feel good about the process leading up to placing the home on the market as well as the plan of action once the home was placed onto market. She kept me updated throughout, she was easy to reach and was responsive to my needs. As a result of Christine's preparation, knowledge and plan the home sold with 45 days or so after being placed on market and began receiving offers within the 1st 2 weeks. Essentially through Christine & Company I felt valued as a customer because she treated me as if I was a priority, she was helpful in my understanding the process of selling the home and she made me feel good about the sale of the property to a deserving family with an opportunity to positively impact the Lexington community in a home that I've always valued so dearly. I thank Christine for her professionalism, expertise and in her understanding the needs of her customer!

I know I am a little late to the game because we purchased our home in late 2022.. but I wanted to express how unhappy I am with the purchase and how many corners seemed to be cut in us purchasing the house. We found a decent house that was within our budget. We didnt need anything fancy, but wanted a secure home as our first. We asked TONS of questions during the buying process, but unfortunately in retrospect... we see the questions we missed. Lets take it back to the inspection - since the house was being sold as is, we wanted to have it inspected - our realtor suggested an inspector and this being our first home purchase, we decided to just roll with it. We noticed a few things out of the gate that needed attention -- including the electric. We were told by both our realtor and the inspector that the electric is an easy fix and we can just go down and get new breakers from home depot to fix our issue. It turns out... they dont make breakers for the box anymore because it is so old... and so the only solution is to replace the entire box. Upon hiring an electrician, we found that to bring our home up to code and just replace the parts that were old / out of code (meter, new line in, new breaker box) the work was going to be around 9k. We had multiple quotes all around the same price. The inspector also somehow missed that the furnace was not operation and full of dirt because it was sitting directly on the ground. Since day one its always something new with this house and we just recently found that none of the plumbing is up to code either. There is no pressure regulation, multiple leaks that we have found and fixed, and its just altogether poorly constructed - none of which was notified in the inspection. Ill stop ranting - because i do know some of that is on the buyer to verify, but it just feels like the entire process was rushed beyond be his real estate company just wanted to get us into a house so that we would being another customer through the gate. Unfortunate experience buying through this company. So far the repairs we have made to this house just to make it livable has been near 5000, and that is without paying the 9k for the electric and whatever it will cost to bring the hot water heater up to standard. (We found that the hot water heater was not even close to vented properly and has been emitting carbon monoxide into our home. Please just use a different company. Please. Response to the owners reply: Are there different Christine and Company realtors located in Lexington? It wasnt you specifically, but I believe it was an associate of yours working for your company. If I am not mistaken, you filled in for her in showing a couple of houses? While the inspectors findings (or things that they do not find) are not the fault of the realtor, from my knowledge it was her friend that conducted the inspection. Everything above in the review is accurate. Thank you!

Christine is pleasant to work with, knowledgeable about the market and quickly responsive. If I have a second home in the area to sell I would select her again!

Recently we had to sell the family home. Christine & Co Real Estate was referred by a good friend to represent us. My brothers and I met with Christine. She gave us a recommended sell price, as well as her strategy for marketing and selling. We liked what we heard, and signed a contract with her. A total of 11 days later we received a full price, no inspection, cash offer! The closing was even accelerated at the buyers request; Christine facilitated this to make it happen. Christine did an outstanding job for my family. She was professional, polite and actually fun to work with. She is obviously very knowledgeable about the market, and her communication thru the entire process was timely and appreciated. This is absolutely a 5-star rating! Id highly recommend Christine as a real estate professional!
