Called about some special 9ft T1-11 siding & was told it was in stock. Called back to confirm, so I wouldnt waste a trip from Blue Springs and was told yes, we have it. Got there and found out the price is 3X what Menards sells it for AND when begrudgingly paid, I went to load up and stock boy said sorry, we dont have any 9ft. ?!? Got my refund and NO apology. I am all for supporting local business and this yard reminds me of the small town yard my grandfather owned, but this experience was infuriating.

Update -changing from 1 to 5 stars. Owen Lumber has completed the work on repairing/replacing my fathers windows. Thanks for standing by your product and doing what was right by the customer. This review is for my fathers experience here. He bought Andersen windows for his house and had them installed. Within weeks of the installation, the seals on several of the windows began to pull off the windows when opened. He called here and the salesman came out to look at them. He basically pushed them back in and told my father he would have someone come out and look at them. Several months later after several unreturned phone calls, still no resolution. And as most folks know, windows are not cheap. Hes not looking for a handout, just quality for what he paid and a company that stands behind their product.
