Maria and her team are amazing! I miss working with Maria 1 on 1. I moved in March 2021 but I highly recommend this gym to anyone trying to get healthier and stronger!

I love it ! This is a very encouraging and supportive environment. I have always wanted to lose weight but didn't feel comfortable in other gym atmospheres, so i wasn't successful. Coming to MFit Studios has changed my mind set. The owner and staff are amazing!

I cannot say enough positive things about Mfit Studios, Maria, & all of the trainers! Everyone is amazing, knowledgeable, welcoming, & makes you feel comfortable. The facility is clean, functional, & stylish! I have learned so much about taking care of my body, health & fitness, & began seeing results & a positive body transformation within my first month of training! Mfit studios is the best!

Such an exceptional studio for women! Love working out here. The staff shows a true passion for helping women achieve their goals not only with working out but also with their mindset. You get the whole package at MFit; mind, body, and nutrition.
