Black Diamond Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. Daisy and Mariano did the initial inspection, showed up during the insurance inspection, and once approved promptly replaced the roof and gutters. They worked with the insurance company to approve expenses above the initial claim, so total cost of the project was in line with expectations. I would recommend them for any roofing projects. Black Diamond replaced my roof and gutters over the past week and I've been very happy. I was unaware, but they let me know I may have hail damage and did an inspection to confirm -- I've had other companies do inspections in the past and they were both a little pushy and in the end ineffective at getting a claim paid. But Black Diamond did most of the work for me and even called the insurance company and started the paperwork needed. What I needed to do (I have AmFam) was amazingly minimal and all went through without problems. The roofers were very polite and diligent. And they finished the work quickly.
