        Most terrible experience I have had with a service in my entire life Took 9 months to complete a roof! People would no show for appointments. Just unprofessionable.

        We had major damage to our house from a hailstorm. Aspen not only took care of our repairs but also was an advocate for us with the insurance adjusters. They took care of any unsatisfactory work that was done by the contractors. We also appreciated having both roof and siding taken care of by one company.

        Stood me up, had an appointment set to schedule Aspen and insurance at the same time. Got a text the day of the meeting at 2 am in the morning saying he couldn't make it and a coworker would be there to cover for him at 8 am. Nobody ever showed, called, text, nothing. So had to do inspection without having the person that talked me into filing the claim there. Disappointed in the level of "service". Every sign in my neighborhood said Aspen for about 2 days after the storm, haven't seen a single one since. All Bill West now. After my neighbors wisely switched for bad service I was going to stay loyal and when i contacted to get the appointment set the salesman said, "I've had enough issues with your neighbors" as if I have anything to do with them? I have my own bills they have theirs. Just shady company. And to think you would've had business all you had to do was show up? Thankful now though. Salesman shows up to make quick sales to maximize their commissions and on to the next victim. It's truly only about the money with Aspen Roofing. Edit: No sir, thanks for the reply but it sure is you guys. Checked the business card address. Nice try though!

        Once started roofing job was completed in a timely fashion. Roofing crew cleaned the area around the yard very wellno trash or roofing waste left in yard. As for replacing of patio awning, the crew left food wrappers and trash on the porch. They came early on two separate occasions but were disorganized and left without doing any work. Eventually a crew finally arrived and seemed to know what to do and finished the install.
