Active Strength Co.

I discovered Active Strength because of the Little Black Dress Challenge. I experienced a clean well organized, plenty of up to date equipment gym. The different time slots worked with my busy mom schedule and the group exercises were so helpful. Coach Jesse and his staff are all awesome and positive people. Great place to go and get your workout on and challenge yourself to a healthier lifestyle.

This gym is phenomenal! All of the coaches are truly invested in your success. Whether you are a newbie or a gym rat this place will welcome you with open arms. The group classes are challenging in the best way. There are plenty of opportunities for one on one coaching as well. I highly recommend that you check this place out!

I have really enjoyed working with this group of trainers they're very helpful and patient with all and any health concerns, I have knee problems and still successfully lost 18 lbs so far, they truly want everyone to reach their goals and new way of living. Active strength is the best gym I have been too by far. Great environment, freindly staff, and no intimidating atmosphere. Coach Jesse helped me lose 25 lbs. in 6 weeks. Great place. I highly recommend it.
