        Spoke to one service tech on Friday for a Saturday appt. Friday tech didnt put the appt in the book so Saturday tech had no idea I was coming. Just needed a key only programmed.. they gave me a key and fob.. when I called to see if the key was done and could come pick the car up, waiting on phone for over 30 min. Seemingly some issues in communication btwn dept and shifts.

        They did not perform an emissions test on a used car purchase. I had to pay to get one (I don't live in town of dealership) and couldn't get truck titled until I did this on my own time and with my own money whey it should have been done by them

        My experience at Prestige Nissan was pleasant, informative and painless. Since they have become Wood Nissan they are no longer a quality shop. They damaged my car and then did a terrible repair that is causing more damage.
