Box Doctors and Andy are complete scam artists, this location and number is a knock off of the actual company. Andy will take all of your info and even confirm the move but the day of they don't show up and they will not answer the phone. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Andy and Blake were great. Speedy, and careful. Got everything I wanted moved in under 4 hours. Definitely a great option for a local move and very budget friendly.

I schedule my move with Andy back in March for May 15th, I was moving out of state and needed to plan ahead for the move. I never received a call from him the week of my move. Mind you I was moving out of state, and I had a friend flying in to help me with my truck and car that weekend. I called him the week of my move, he seemed to not know what was going on at all. Said he would call me back that week and guess what? He never called and they no showed me the day I had schedule to move from Missouri to Ohio. I don't know who wrote these 5 star reviews for them but they are horrible and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone in the KC area. Completely unprofessional. By the grace of God I was able to find another company to help me on the same day which rarely happens. I just wanted to make sure others in the area knew of my experience and how unreliable they are as a company.
