I 100% recommend Mr. Jose Rizo as your next insurance agent! I purchased a home in December of 2019, and was in need of coverage. I called Mr. Jose, and he was quick to answer any questions and concerns I had. He set my family and I up with home owners & auto insurance on multiple vehicles. He was more than helpful, very polite, quick to get me quotes and answers & most importantly knowledgable! Mr. Jose even provided me with help after his normal business hours!

I switched to Jose almost a year ago after my previous insurance agent with State Farm botched a policy modification that involved wrongly telling my lenders I was uninsured. Jose has not made any mistakes like that. Whenever I have refinanced my rental properties under his policies, he has always reached out to me to make sure escrow is taken care of. I have communicated with him several times to modify payments and terms and add new houses to my policy. He is always responsive and courteous. I chose Farmers Insurance because I heard they set up a mobile command center in Joplin after the tornado blew through there in 2011, and they issued checks to policy holders without giving them any gruff. Jose is a good representative for them. I highly recommend hiring Jose as your insurance agent.
