I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible. They added renters insurance to our policy after my husband had told them we didnt need it. When we started canceling our policy with them they try and make it extremely difficult so that people just give up and stay with them I assume. When we started the process to cancel we sent the items requested and told no payment would process if that was done, I even called and confirmed twice. 2 days later the payment is pulled and now they say we needed to give them a 7-10 day notice, when that was never mentioned on the initial call or when I called twice to confirm autopay was turned off. They make it seem like you sign a legal contract with them when the only document signed is an application agreement. Give your hard earned money to another business.
