From the very start, all of the Inspired team has been friendly, super helpful, and at times very patient. A lot of choices need to be made when you are picking out all of the stuff that will go into your forever home. Valerie and the design team understood that and took the time to cover it all with us. They went above and beyond when it came to helping us find a match for our budget even when our taste may have been on the expensive side. The realtors have been great as well. From city plot maps to silly lender questions We asked it all. We had a bit of a curveball thrown at us in the final stretch but, Jackie handled it in stride! She was able to quickly get us what we needed. No one can cover a warranty like Mike. What should probably be a boring time isnt with Mike. He makes sure you know what you need to and then gives you helpful advice on the mechanics of the house and keeping things looking great for years to come. I saved the best for last (no offence to the others) Scott. Writing nice things about Scott feels awkward because its like writing a review on a friend. Over the last nine months, Scott went from being our construction manager to being a friend (whether he wanted to or not). Because of that very early on, it felt like our home was being built by someone weve known for years rather than a company. Scott would actually give tours of the house to our 2-year-old daughter. Our daughterwould get out of the car and start yelling SCOTT,SCOTT and My room. He would take her up and show her the progress. Always feeling like you have someone watching over the home you will raise your children in cant be measured in words. On top of all that, he built us a beautiful home. He helped us piece together weird ideas we had. He never gave us a hard time about our twice a dayvisits(yes, twice a day). Though Im sure he wanted to. He let us text him when we had questions. He even went out of his way to send us text updates when we were on vacation. If you're reading this and thinking about building a home with Inspired You should. You should alsothink about going out of your way to build in one of Scotts communities. Honestly, even if the other construction managers are only half as good as Scott youll end up with a gorgeous home. Just maybe not a friend.
