Edible Arrangements

I would give ZERO stars. I ordered several things for Valentines day. When they were delivered, the balloon I paid for was not the one I got. There were other items missing from the order as well. When I tried to call the store to rectify the situation, I got hung up on several times. Other times the phone just rang and went to a message system. I finally broke down and contacted corporate via their "contact us" system. I received an email stating that the manager would call me within a couple days regarding my complaint. It has been 8 days since I received that email. There are no corporate numbers to call and file a complaint so I am out $20 worth of product and money. This was the first time I ever ordered from Edible Arrangements, and will be the last! They will rip you off and not give you what you pay for and they will not refund money either as you cannot seem to get a live person on the phone who actually cares that you did not get what you were paid for.

I placed an order for the breathtaking botanical flowers for my girlfriends birthday on Valentine's day 10 days in advance just for me to have to track it down. After no luck from customer service she decided to go next door to see,and there it was!! She then opened it up to find the vase was was shattered and the flowers were wilted and damaged!!!!so I contacted them back just for them to tell me that it was fed ex fault. I honestly don't think I will be back bc I felt like it was just blown off and this was VERY IMPORTANT to me and would have reconsidered if there was something more done to make things right..

Husband ordered over $184 in product for Valentines Day for me. The delivery guy delivered some of the items but not all. When hubby called in to ask about the strawberry arrangement, he got hung up on 3x. Called in multiple times, taking up an hour of his time. Finally someone told him that if he wanted the items today he had to go pick them up himself. Very rude. Not for the LS location- ordered online.

*I see where the owner replied to this a year ago and it still hasn't been updated that the store Blue springs area location is permanently closed* Google really does need appropriate staff to update locations. Groupon is affected by this as well, I bought something from Groupon that show that a location was open and I drove a very far distance to find out that that location was permanently closed as well. A lot of people rely on Google and it's a shame that businesses are getting lazier with your"business" professionalism.

The Lees Summit store is permanently closed! They need to show that when you Google them. I drove all the way over there because it said it was open until 5:00. The store is empty with a for rent sign on the windows and door.
