My mother bought products from banker's Life before she entered a nursing home. Since I'm her POA, I've tried to get up to speed on all of her many accounts. Most providers have been very responsive, but this one has not. I've left messages for Jimmy that were never returned... Even gone in the office and left a message. Again never returned. It's amazing to me that businesses spend thousands of dollars in advertising trying to win over customers from the competition, then don't even provide even mediocre customer service so they lose them to the competition...

My 91 year old mother has two Banker Life politics and nether will help pay for her long term care. Bankers states over and over that my mother doesn’t meet the requirements. We provide more and more evidence to support her 24/7 needed care but Bankers keeps denning assistances.
Bankers represents a business shame.

Having 2 life policies on my kids and multiple policies on myself I cant say enough about how proactive my agent has been. Just recently a family member had breast cancer and the critical Illness policy paid out the $20,000 with out a glitch. That really was a god send in a time of need.
