        Never again. I knew this place was bad, but thought I'd give them another chance. Big mistake! Absolutely worst restaurant experience ever. The owner should be ashamed.

        We ordered on the app. When we got home with the order, it was missing one item. I tried to call them and had to leave a voice message. My husband drove back to Taco Bell. He explained about the missing item. He asked to have the entire order remade because it was all cold. They put the missing gordita in the bag with the rest of the original order, and gave it back. He asked about remaking the order. He was told it is all in there. They did not remake the order. The staff was unhelpful. I called the manager when my husband returned with the order. The only thing slightly warm was the replaced gordita. The rest was all cold and the taco shells fell apart. She was rude and said they made the item as soonas he came back. They followed company policy. She said I could complain to corporate and ask for a refund. The cinnamon twist tasted like the fry oil was old. Yuck! No more Taco Bell for us.
