      image I have had the worst experience with this store. The employees were friendly but not competent in meeting customer needs. This experience with purchasing new phones has been a nightmare requiring multiple calls/visits to the store and many calls to Verizon trying to get the billing corrected. Its been 4 months and our bill is still wrong. This experience may cost Verizon a long time customer.
