This has been our home church for a couple years now. I come from a small church where I know everyones name and everyone is very close. So Heritage seemed BIG to me. At first, it was a deeply discouraging feeling that I didnt fit. And no one would miss me if I wasnt there. But Id encourage anyone trying to find your church- to get involved! There are so many neat opportunities to be involved in. And. Meet with the pastor to talk doctrine and see how he thinks you might best be involved! Pastor Tims preaching reminds be of Bible school and I always feel like I think about his sermon throughout the week, pondering it and wanting to study more. Pastor Kevin is so kind and is deeply passionate about the gospel. The worship time is sincere and rich biblical songs are chosen to go with the pastors message.
My biggest recommendation is to get involved and find your people and get plugged in. Serve. And meet the Bodies needs and youll be encouraged!

I like the preaching very much but I don't feel like part of the "family" Pretty sure nobody there would know my name after years of attending. It's not their fault, and the preaching is great.
