This is the only store my wife requests a gift card for a gift. It is easy and convenient for me and they do a great job of making it look looks a nice gift. My problem is they apparently have a procedure in place that the moment I walk out of the store, they call her to tell her it's time to come in and she knows I've been there. If kinda blows any surprise. I'm talking less than 5 minutes. This has happened every time I've bought her a gift card. Received a response from the owner asking me to call in to an 800 number for a resolution. Talked to a Diana who was very apologetic and said she was going to call the manager of the store and put me on hold for about 10 minutes. She came back to tell me the manager said they had a phone campaign and the call my wife received had nothing to do with me walking out of the store 2 minutes earlier after buying a $500 gift card. I do this for her for a surprise, but after this resolution I'm sure I'll be spending my money elsewhere. I'm not happy and neither is my wife !!! Some resolution from the Chicos owner !!!!!!
