The best service I’ve ever had here was only ok. Slow servce and the guy at the register is often curt. I’ve been waiting on my food here for 30 minutes and I’m done. Won’t be coming back.

I felt very unsafe buying food from Pickleman's. They were doing pick up only, which was great but when I arrived I saw that no staff were wearing masks. There was a sign posted that said a few of the staff had conditions that did not allow them to wear masks and asked for understanding. I can 100% have understanding for individual medical conditions that interfere with mask wearing; however, I find it highly unlikely that all 7 or 8 staff that were making food in a tight space have such conditions. I did inquire with the cashier and told him I felt unsafe purchasing the food. I asked if the entire staff have medical conditions that prohibit mask wearing. He just said, "Yes." Perhaps Pickleman's is running a workforce development program specifically for those with respiratory challenges and if they are, good for them! However, common sense tells me the management, at least the management at lunch today, is simply not following the county's safety guidelines. Very disappointing as my kids love this place.

I walked in to pick up my large order and the young girl making my food was not wearing a mask, nor did she have one even close to her. I said I am here to pick up a large order but I’m not comfortable with the person making my food not wearing a mask, the guy responded that’s fine you can leave. Man I would hate to be the manager of that place knowing my employees were disobeying the mandated law in St. Louis and completely disregarding your customers safety! I typically place large orders for my customer, they just lost a lot of business over entitlement. I will never go back! Also, I see that several other people already complained about this for the past few months, how has this issue not been corrected? Seems like a simple fix?
