I have had lots of ears issues, past 2 months very dizzy, immediately I got scolded for calling it vertigo, Dr Burchett said my ears look very good, no wax, no water, not enough air to my brain, need to lose weight, 78 yrs. old, nothing about my inner ear, need to do more exercise, my 2nd appointment yrs. apart, left feeling worse than when I went in. I saw several senior ladies after app. leaving with no smiles. Well expected to much.

Dr. Burchett has been a fantastic doctor anytime I have went to see him. He always comes in and checks me out thoroughly and tells me the opinions available for me and sits down and makes sure he answers all my questions. He really is a caring person that cares about people's health. His nurse's are good also Thank you so very much

Most uncomfortable Dr visit Ive ever had. He patronizing and arrogant. Went regarding my ear as I lost hearing suddenly, all he wanted tell me I was hard of hearing and I had sinus reflux. I already knew I was hard hearing,!

Dr Burchett is a fantastic physician. My daughter needed to be seen quickly, and he got us in the very next day. Always willing to listen and explains things well. Excellent pre and post operative care for her tonsillectomy, too. NEMO is incredibly lucky to have such a skilled and knowledgeable physician to serve our area.

I recently had the unfortunate need to see Dr. Burchett. He was VERY RUDE, PATRONIZING, and ARROGANT! I would give him zero stars if it were possible.
I had an ear infection for over a month. Was sent to a specialist because not improving. My local Dr was treating me for swimmers ear, but all my symptoms were leaning towards an inner ear infection with facial nerve involvement. Dr. Burchett didnt want to entertain any other diagnoses. He
kept saying Well thats another problem! Drainage coming from my eustachian tube according to Dr. Burchett was GERD. He was quick with the educational pamphlet. And thats another problem. Toward the end of my visit I mentioned that I need an ENT to follow me with a thyroid problem Ive had in years past. I could tell he was about to blow a gasket. Nothing was written in my chart about this. I said Im just asking if you could be that person, Ive had thyroid surgery and recurring cyst on the remaining side. Well, THATS ANOTHER PROBLEM! Oh and I forgot to mention, Ive never seen the guy before, when he, after waiting an hour, came in the exam room, he didnt even introduce himself and the 2 other people with him. Im guessing they were a transcriptionist and a student. He walked in the room and said You have two different problems! I was thinkingyou talking to me?
I am a nurse and I felt like I was walked on when I left. I cant imagine how an elderly person with hearing problems gets treated.
I called this office 4 times trying to get in sooner. Afterwards I thought, I waited to see that?
The receptionist Jennifer was very nice. Im sad for her that she has to work for such a arrogant doctor.
