Cool gym that suits all, including serious lifting. Clientele is diverse in age, gender, and skill level. People are friendly or keeps to themselves. I never have trouble finding an open treadmill or elliptical and rarely have to wait on other equipment. The big fans, chairs, water bottle filler, and scales are handy.

This is an AWESOME gym!! Love the Sauna and the huge layout! Machines are great and customer service to superb!! Cant wait to go back!! If you are in the Kirksville area check them out!!

Joined 7/10/2023. Extremely happy with the price, 24 hour access, equipment, staff, and amenities. The manager made things super easy to sign up and I asked all the questions ahead of time (chalk, deadlifting, normal gym etiquette stuff), and she was super understanding and answered all my questions. Super happy with everything!
