        A negative experience turned positive by Laurie's outstanding customer service skills .I entered the store with a Motorola which didn't ring on incoming calls. This was after numerous visits I was told to contact Motorola tech support myself. This phone is only 22 months old. Laurie was able to move my service to an old Samsung galaxy which I owned that would ring. During the hour Laurie spent on my problem, she received two calls which she handled quite professionally and three other walk ins the waiting for service. She greeted each customer verbally, informed them of the wait and invited them to make themselves comfortable. This was all accomplished in a calm, professional manner while continuing to address and resolve my problem. I am still unhappy with my Motorola phone. However, Laurie was a great!!
