This company did an excellent job of repairing a busted, leaky pipe with the smallest cut into my ceiling possible. Everyone was friendly, efficient and did a great job. Zack even stopped by between jobs when a valve was leaking to get me through the weekend. I have many updates and repairs that need to be be made in my aging home and I intend to trust the work to this company. They are good people! After using this company a couple times, we trusted them. Unfortunately we no longer trust them. They effectively charged us over $240 per hour since they charged us $120/hr for the repairman to drive to our house and go get the parts we told them we needed. They tried to charge us $420 for 1 3/4 hours of actual work. We were also charged $25 for 'misc' items, including gas. Finally, we were charged almost $100 for 2 shutoff valves and one outdoor faucet. The new faucet leaked and it took 4 calls for them to come back out and make a quick fix. Finally, they took our old brass faucet, without asking us, and have never returned it, as they promised. Feel free to call them if you think these costs are reasonable. I'll look elsewhere. Love working with this company. They help a lot especially after hours when there is an emergency. All the guys are fun to talk to and will explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. Couldn't ask for a better company.
