Summit Media Solutions Inc

This company deserves negative 100 stars! We cancelled service with summit media after we realized they were completely neglecting our account. Their cancellation policy is as bad as all the other bad reviews claim. Upon cancellation, we changed passwords to our google account. Summit media than called asking for the new passwords. We declined giving them the passwords. A week later our account was accessed and all updated info was deleted and changed back to all the info summit media had listed 15 years ago (because they never paid attention to this account) After we changed it back, it was once again altered back to the summit media info. We called the company and told them to cease and desist all interference with our company. They admitted to changing the info but when asked about how they gained access due to the passwords being changed, they then said that sometimes hackers will access accounts We were assured that there would be no further changes made on their part. A week later, all google info was once again deleted and switched back to their 15 year old info. I once again changed it and they once again changed it back again! I filed a complaint with the MO state attorney general and their written response to the complaint was filled with contradictions and lies. Stay far, far away from this petty, malicious, crooked company! All of the negative reviews on google have proven to be right and it doesnt seem that this company has any intention of changing its unethical ways.

I have greatly enjoyed working with Patty H. this past year! She is incredibly smart, very knowledgeable about a multitude of things, is always available to answer off the wall questions, has an amazing personality and it's really been a pleasure working with her! I'm so thankful and grateful for her assistance with anything that I need, she's easy to work with, kind, she replies quickly and so much more!

Great experience working with Summit Media Solutions for marketing support and website design. They are very thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough to work with when creating a website that captures the essence of your brand. They walked you through each step of the process and were timely. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that would like to create a new website or needs marketing help!
