        i was hesitant about moving into an apt, you always hear the horror stories. but i will say i am impressed with platte city prop. it is very well kept as far as the yards trees, even in winter the snow is moved and sidewalks salted very well. the parking lot is maintained and the sidewalks all repaired as needed. inside maintenance is taken care of quickly and efficiently. management i friendly and will listen to issues you have and will deal with them. we are well notified of major repairs that will be done and how to handle situations such as when all the windows were replaced. i would recommend the apts here to anyone who needs a nice place to live.
