I was able to get a quote the same day I called and the service was performed within 2 weeks so that I could finalize the closing of my house. True craftsmen with years of experience.

C&M did a wonderful job on my fireplace. They were very nice, friendly, and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would and make quick work of doing the stone work. They were also good with the clean up. My fireplace is beautiful. My only complaint is that it has been a couple of years and a few stones have come off. I have called and text them several times and can't get any response. I just want it fixed and am even willing to pay them, but alas...no one will return my calls. So 5 stars for the initial work, 1 stars for customer service, which gives them 3 stars overall. 12/02/2020 Update June 1, 2019 was the first time I reached out to C&M about repairs. Then again on July 17, 2019, Aug 16, 2019, June 27, 2020. July 15, 2020, August 19, 2020, and October 29, 2020. Today I called, no answer (did not leave a message) but I got a return call. It went as follows: CM "I missed a call from this number." ME "Yes! This is Mrs JoBeth and y'all did some work for me a while back and I have left several messages." CM "Yea and leaving bad google comments is not going to make me want to fix your fireplace." ME "I did not leave a bad google comment. I don't think I have ever made a google comment." - (I forgot about about leaving this.) CM "Yes you did." ME "Oh! Right! I did. But I said how pretty the fireplace was and I just wanted it fixed." CM "Do you think I care about your fireplace?" ME "Well you should it is your work!" CM Do you think I am going to lose an entire days work to fix your fireplace? ME "Yes! It is your work that you are fixing!" I honesty can't remember what he said next, but it again had something to do with my review. I am so angry and disappointed. Hand to God I was very pleasant and nice until my very last comment to him on the phone. By which time I could not believe that he had absolutely zero intentions to contact me or to ever fix my fireplace rock which C&M and installed. So my final comment to him was, ME "If you think my last review was bad, just wait until you see the next one!" And then I hung up on him. So you can decide for yourself if this is the type of people you want to support. I will again say, the initial work was wonderful but after the fact was just awful. I did not post the first review for months and months after trying to get someone to help me. I really thought it would make them reach out to fix the problem. But no! They have shown themselves to be completely unprofessional and unwilling to fix problems that arise with their craftsmanship.
