Kwik Lube & Car Wash

This is my Oil Change preference. I roll up, they get me in and out. They verify fill levels with me, what type oil to use, and they check out my tire inflation to ensure they all track properly. Super nice crew there. I have done 40 oil changes on 2 different work trucks. They make sure that the fill cap is tight, the pan bolt is type, transmission fluid level is correct, antifreeze level is correct, and anything that can have grease added is filled. LOVE this place to get my vehicle serviced! They give my Blu-Heeler a biscuit, which Mr. Deeks loves! Great customer service! Thanks for all the help over the years!

Incredibly rude and absolutely unacceptable customer service. Weve tried to use them twice for oil changes and the same older gentleman has been disrespectful on both occasions. I left this time before even allowing them to start my oil change and will not return or recommend their business to anyone.

Will be my last carwash after 35+ years here. Stall didn't have normal pressure and after I was done, I tried to find a technician and had to question the lube people, which didn't say a word and one just followed me without saying anything. I changed stalls and started using the next one over. I started using the soapy brush, which only had soap, not even a little water, which is impossible to spread, plus it can damage the paint if you don't have water. In hindsight, I think I've had pressure problems here before. But when the older man passed me as I just started soapy brush cycle I said there needs to be more water in this soap, and he said rudely, "it is just soap!" and walked away. 1) There's a brand new carwash down the street! You'd think you'd want to keep the few customers you still have! 2) When someone complains - it's to HELP you keep customers happy! Good luck with your attitude! You should just retire!
