        I brought in a mini grandfather that WAS OF GREAT SENTIMENTAL value. He treated it with cate and respect.

        The owner of the shop was so kind. I dropped off a German cuckoo clock that seemed like the chain was kinked. It turned out the gear was jammed. He fixed and cleaned it all up. It was ready for pickup the next day. Great service, fair price!

      Sir, I do care about the work I perform. If the clock worked for a week and still had problems, why didn’t you contact me at that time? I went through my records to see what item you’re referring to and found no record. Are you sure you have the correct shop?

      It’s unfortunate that your budget doesn’t allow for the repair of your clock. My work is first rate with a warranty and this is reflected in my pricing. I will not compromise my quality or pricing. You get what you pay for.

      I am always interested in helping my customers. However, there are situations where I can’t help. If someone takes apart their timepiece, possibly damaging or losing parts, I can’t help. If specific parts aren’t available, I can’t help. I do not place myself in a position where I can’t meet my customer’s expectations. I still have the right to decline this type of work and say no.
