Downtown Towing & Recovery

They towed a car without being given authorization. Now they are trying to title the car in their name. They also will not answer calls most of the time. Police and lawyers are now getting involved to recover the car. They should not be allowed to operate a business. I hope they all end up behind bars. only reason they get 1 star is because zero stars is not an option.

They are horrible !! They have stolen cars and do not want to give it back -- you will have to contact police to get help and they also lied and said they were closed just so I Have to pay more money. I took a look on their website ,which show there open 24hrs. Also there was another unauthorized tow they did on my friend car and we came at 2am to pick her car up because they would not bring it back to her (even though they was in the wrong and stole it) - learn to stop taking people property before double checking to make sure all there parking permits is there (get some glass if you can't read and see the tags/permits) Service: Car towing

A scam they towed my car from MY HOME and is charging 305 waiting outside the tow lot for the ONE guy that works here to get MY OWN CAR
