I came in with a specific request, the gentleman behind the counter greeted me warmly and assisted me with my needs. He explained the product well. I would recommend this shop and I will be back.

There was a dog in the store and realized I stepped in the dogs poop after I left.

Until today I had ONLY shopped at Coopers for the past 14 years. Never again. I was sold a faulty product that the girl at the counter admitted was a bad product and she said it was my fault for buying it. Their vape battery selection is poor and cheap faulty products, I cant get a battery to last more than 1-2 carts, my most recent purchase didnt last 24 hours. The one recommended looked flimsy and cheap like a happy meal toy that would break if you dropped it. Ive dealt with the larger guy with a beard multiple times, he is rude and has no personality. There are multiple shops on the same street as Coopers, go there! Why would a store hire employees for a customer service role who cant perform basic customer service. Why would a store sell products they know wont last? Why would they admit to knowing they are bad products?
