Came in because my engine temperature was high and they replaced thermostat and reservoir. Paid $500 and then couple weeks later its doing the same thing. They had it for days and then said it was the water pump and wanted $700 for it. I went to another repair shop and they took out a thermostat that looked used and it was in pieces and wasnt put in correctly. They replaced that thermostat and car has been working fine ever since. When business was confronted on issue Mike the repairer who workers on my car was not apologetic or taking accountability for the issue really. Especially seeing that I was out of a car for a month and a half or more then to turn around and try to charge me for something I dont need. Whos to even say I needed the reservoir. I received a refund for the thermostat but I had to bring someone with me to ensure they didnt try to take advantage of a female. Bad business here. I would not recommend. 0 stars
