Saint Luke's Neurological & Spine Surgery-Plaza

I can't get ahold of anyone for days. I was told to return a call. I did and left a detailed message. No one called me back. I'm not sure this is a very good impression on a potential new patient. You cannot ever talk to a live person. Why?

When i obviously need surgery and Im told injections is a better idea from a nurse practitioner when thats the surgeons call. It is what it is just my luck I guess

Dr. Keith was great. I can't remember his last name right now. He was very detailed and explained everything and showed me my MRI'S and explained everything in detail. No doctor ever did before. He was very nice and professional, down to earth and concerned about all my questions. I never ever met a doctor that goes through the MRI'S in such details as he did and if you had a question he would answer it right then and there he had that pictures right there and he showed me. I really appreciated that immensely. Everyone was really nice there. I really would recommend him to anyone. I really appreciate him very much.

I saw Dr. Goodman about my tethered cord, he was fantastic, he listened to me and explained the surgery he is going to preform. He was the 7th Neurosurgeon i had talked to. I cant wait for surgery.

I’ve been dealing with back pain since November. I called Saint Luke’s two weeks ago and did a self assessment. They told me the nurse would review it and I’d get a call back. That was December 4 and I have yet to hear anything. I’ve already contacted and been seen by someone else (who has way better reviews as well.) So like the other reviews say, you probably will not get a call back. I’m so glad I looked elsewhere and haven’t been sitting around waiting for them to give me a call.
